We have multiple sections of guest parking throughout the community, identified with signs and a QR code to register guest vehicles. Residents receive 72 hours of free guest parking per month/per apartment).

We ensure secure package handling for our residents at Holden at Oak Grove. We utilize the Hello Package System. This system is inside of a dedicated package room that is located in the mail center in Building 100.

What is your deposit?
We are a Zero Deposit Community. All qualified applicants can opt into our Zero Deposit program, by paying a nominal fee of $34/month (non-refundable), in place of paying the standard deposit, which is equivalent to one month's rent. Conditional approvals may require up to two month's rent deposit.
What is the minimum credit score for approval?
We utilize a third-party screening company to process applications called Resident Verify, Rather than looking only at a specific credit score, their system is looking at the overall health of the full credit profile.

What is included with the Effortless Living Community Bundle?
Our Effortless Living Community Bundle is $120/month is inclusive of Instant-on Internet, 24-Hr Amenity Access, Pest Control, Valet Trash. This bundle is required and non-optional. If you opt into the Zero Deposit Program, your Effortless Living Bundle will increase to $154/month.
How much notice is required to move-out at the end of my lease?
Holden at Oak Grove requires a 60-day written notice of intent to move-out, prior to your lease expiration. If you have questions on buying out of your signed lease contract/early termination, please contact the leasing office.
